This board is part of Craig’s collection and is a Taj Burrows personal rider. Firewire manufacture boards in a totally different way to the average board and are considered stronger and lighter. The perfect solution you say? Still experimenting, but they are definitely stronger and lighter but some say they don’t flex enough and float higher on the wave. Personally, it is all a matter of personal taste and what you get used to. They seem a better choice if you don’t have to replace them as often?
