This board is a spectacular example of the adventurous, board builder Erle Pederson.
The jet bottom bonza is criss crossed with channels to create turbulence and air under the board, this lifted the board as the water flowed through these channels and was passed out the back. These boards were great in fast down the line waves, with speed to burn, however personally I found them a little too lose in whitewater.
